They are seeking an experienced OSP Engineering Field Manager to lead field engineering teams, oversee survey operations, and ensure accurate, timely data collection for outside plant fiber projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage field engineers, survey crews, and vendors performing route surveys, site audits, and as-built verifications

Ensure field data collection (pole data, underground locates, as-builts) is complete, accurate, and on schedule, with in-depth Katapult expertise

Provide leadership, coaching, and safety oversight for field teams, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance

Review field survey packages to ensure adherence to industry, client, and regulatory standards (BICSI, NESC, OSHA)

Coordinate closely with design, permitting, and project management teams to resolve field/design conflicts efficiently

Track project progress, report key metrics, and support communications with stakeholders
