The Transportation Marketing Intern will assist in writing project descriptions, coordinating marketing materials, conducting research, and maintaining the CRM system, while supporting other administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities
Write project descriptions and staff resumes
Support the development and coordination of text and graphics and editing page layouts
Shadow and assist marketing staff with the preparation of materials, including statements of qualifications, proposals, presentations, brochures, award submittals, and announcements
Conduct research and produce documents and reports
Follow the company’s brand strategy
Assist with maintaining the CRM system, cataloging marketing assets, and other data-driven tasks
Support other administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
Attention to detail a must
Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred
2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
Preference will be given to local candidates
