Cognition is an applied AI lab focused on building end-to-end software agents. They are seeking a RevOps lead to manage systems for revenue operations, including pipeline management and sales performance, while partnering with GTM leadership to enhance business processes.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain the systems that power opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows
Own sales compensation modeling, quota/attainment tracking, and performance reporting
Design automations that surface next-best actions, improve follow-up discipline, and drive deal velocity
Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting
Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the stack as we scale
Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including reporting and dashboards
Qualification
Required
4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company. You're excited to be a Sales Ops leader
Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, comp plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes
Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling and solid SQL skills
You thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments
Comfortable with SQL
