Responsibilities
Own end-to-end program management for critical initiatives with eero’s largest ISP partnerships, including tracking and managing partner integrations, deliverables, and timelines with exceptional attention to detail
Partner closely with Principle Partner Success Managers to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring ISP partnerships are successful and mutually beneficial
Maintain and update partner-facing documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accessibility to support seamless collaboration
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by bringing together the right internal teams (e.g., engineering, product, marketing) to deliver on partnership commitments
Ensure alignment between eero’s product roadmap and partner needs, advocating for solutions that enhance customer and partner experiences. Document product requirements for review and prioritization
Track and follow up on partner feature requests and support tickets to ensure timely resolution and maintain clear communication with partners on progress
Participate in customer and partner meetings, including executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to present progress, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities
Identify, design and pursue opportunities to expand partnerships, driving innovation and value for both eero and our ISPs
Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders and partners
Represent eero with a high level of professionalism in all partner interactions, fostering trust and long-term relationships
Qualification
Required
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
Experience leading process improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree, or MBA in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
Familiarity with WiFi technology, networking, or ISP operations is highly desirable but not mandatory
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar) and documentation platforms
Prior experience at Amazon or a similar fast-paced, customer-obsessed company is a plus
