Possess a strong working knowledge of the interior design and architectural design documentation practices
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Possess strong presentation and documentation skills
Have a professional level understanding of the overall interior design process from programming through construction administration

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant design firm environment
NCIDQ certificate holder
ID license in state or province where applicable
Strong working knowledge of the interior design and architectural design documentation practices
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong presentation and documentation skills
Professional level understanding of the overall interior design process from programming through construction administration
Team player focused on collaboration
Ability to maintain a positive attitude despite challenging circumstances
Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp/ Rhino (or similar), the Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
