Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP SD OTC solution design, configuration, and implementation
Drive requirement gathering sessions, functional design, and process optimization
Design and deploy complex pricing, billing, shipment, delivery, and credit management solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, MM, and Technical teams
Work closely with business stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs
Create functional specs for enhancements, integrations, and custom developments
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and cutover support for SAP releases
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in SAP SD with strong OTC capabilities
At least 4+ full lifecycle S/4 HANA implementations
Strong knowledge of integration with MM/PP/WM/Finance and external systems
Excellent understanding of ATP, pricing procedures, credit management, rebates, and EDI
Hands-on experience with designing scalable, high-performance SAP architectures
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Must be able to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA and attend in-person interviews
Preferred
Experience in high-tech or manufacturing industry
Familiarity with Agile project delivery
SAP certification(s) a strong plus
