Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Lead
Del Sol Furniture & Mattress is a family-owned furniture business serving the Phoenix area since 1997. They are seeking a proactive, bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Lead to support customers and the sales team directly on the sales floor, ensuring an amazing buying experience.

Responsibilities
Support the sales team by helping customers with order questions, service issues, and financing support
Solve problems quickly and with empathy—turning complaints into opportunities
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
Train and guide other store team members on service best practices
Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
Collaborate with warehouse, delivery, and credit teams to keep orders running smoothly
Help improve in-store service systems and processes
Qualification
Required
Fluent in Spanish and English
2+ years of customer service experience (retail or furniture preferred)
Positive, team-first mindset and strong people skills
Comfortable learning point-of-sale, CRM, and order tracking systems
Organized, dependable, and good under pressure
Preferred
Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
