Responsibilities
Embed with customers and learn how they really operate
Design and deploy AI Workers that immediately transform their business
Build lightweight tools, integrations, and logic—then iterate in real time
Debug edge cases, optimize performance, and ensure the AI works every time
Bridge engineering and operations, with full ownership from day one
Qualification
Required
Strong software background (CS, Physics, Engineering, Math—or you taught yourself by building)
Proficient in Python, Java, JS/TS, or similar
Comfortable with APIs, data flows, scripting, and building quickly
Exceptional communicator—you can talk to executives and operators alike
Willing to travel to where the action is (~25%)
Preferred
Experience in logistics, AI deployment, or high-stakes ops is a plus, but not required
