Responsibilities

Translate customer workflows into deployable AI solutions
Lead technical discovery and onboarding for new customers
Solve integration challenges between systems (TMS, load boards, emails, APIs, etc.)
Build internal tools, automation scripts, or custom adapters when needed
Monitor early usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure outcomes
Partner closely with product and engineering to close feature or tooling gaps

Required

Background in engineering, CS, systems integration, or technical operations
Proficient in one or more languages (Python, JS/TS, Bash, etc.)

Strong writing and customer communication skills

Preferred

exposure to logistics, AI workflows, or automation tooling
experience with TMS platforms or freight software
