This hybrid role involves supervising swim instructors, managing class schedules, and teaching swim lessons while ensuring a safe and encouraging learning environment for children.

Responsibilities
Act as the go-to team member during your shift
Supervise instructors and ensure classes run smoothly
Greet and guide new and returning families
Manage class schedules, enrollments, and POS entries
Monitor and support the use of our student skill-tracking system
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, text, and email (training provided)
Collaborate with your supervisor to ensure curriculum consistency and quality
Help maintain a high standard of customer experience and operational excellence
Teach swim lessons using the Dallas Swim Kids curriculum
Work with students of varying ages and skill levels
Foster a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment
Qualification
Required
Prior swim experience (teaching or competitive swimming)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working with children and parents
Availability to work evenings and/or weekends
Passion for water safety and child development
