Responsibilities
Gather and synthesize detailed, global business requirements and design specifications
Assess current processes. Develop and implement future business processes
Serve as liaison to Operation teams to develop technology systems solutions (requirements, user testing, etc.) to support WW SOS initiatives
Partners with key cross-functional partners to solicit customer and associate feedback to identify initiative improvement opportunities for implementation
Act as a liaison between the business teams and IS&T (Information Systems and Technology) to ensure that the business requirements are complete and met by the proposed technology solutions
Drive the design, development, implementation and management of solutions for Customers
Work with business leads to define and manage business process and technology roadmaps in support of long-term divisional strategies
Implement new ideas effectively within the Apple culture. Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-focused approach
Provide functional subject matter expertise
Manage complex projects to major milestones. Develop project justification proposals, business cases and return on investment estimates; obtain executive approval and funding
Develop and maintain key project governance documentation to ensure the proper amount of structure is applied to enable project success
Facilitate project related testing, roll-out, and post-mortem work
Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to project, management, and senior executive teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years broad supply chain management exposure with expertise in a specific area to include logistics, fulfillment, transportation, global trade compliance, procurement or supply chain operations
Experience driving supply chain process improvement / Kaizen, quality Six Sigma, and Lean efforts
Experience planning, managing, and delivering medium (6-8 month) to large (8-12+month) projects, including Brainstorming and requirements gathering
Proficient knowledge of systems implementation and development life cycles, including business process flow diagramming
Literacy with process modeling tools, MS Excel, and basic project planning tools
Preferred
MBA is desired
Proficient at leading multiple efforts simultaneously in a global company
Proven ability to handle complexity, deadlines, and meet cost constraints
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across project and management teams
Ability to lead and enhance project team effectiveness
