Attract attention to the sign and the location to which the sign is directing
Exhibit energy by displaying the sign, smiling, and generally having a pleasant demeanor
Work outdoors in various weather conditions for several hours on weekends
Arrive on time at the job location
Communicate throughout the shift using an active cell phone
Have reliable transportation to transport a 5-foot sign
