Ability to go viral: Strong presence on social media, ideally in technology or developer tools. Proven track record of going viral with posts, threads, or videos. Comfortable with short-form video content on platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar
Growth hacking: You understand that growth happens both online and offline. You are creative with guerilla marketing tactics, merch drops, in-person stunts, conference presence, rage-bait that sparks conversation, and other unconventional strategies that cut through the noise
Clear writing and communication: Excellent writing skills with crisp structure and clarity. Ability to communicate complex ideas simply. Comfortable appearing on camera or audio when needed
Portfolio over pedigree: We care about proof of impact more than credentials. Share links to posts, threads, videos, or proof-of-concepts that drove significant reach, signups, or revenue
Technical fluency: Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and lightweight automation. Basic ability to wrangle data using TypeScript, Python, and SQL
Dev-tools native: You enjoy building for builders and are fluent in the language and culture of developers. You know how to meet developers where they are online
Build a great brand: Grow X/LinkedIn reach, collaborate with creators, own launches, and cross‑post to communities/newsletters to compound impressions
Run fast experiments: Test narratives, hooks, audiences, CTAs, and formats; measure lift and iterate weekly
Maintain GTM systems: Keep lead capture, scoring, enrichment, routing, and dashboards healthy for Sales/Growth/CS
Create POCs that sell: Build small, useful demos with our API; turn them into blogs, threads, and short videos
Wire the basics: Be dangerous enough with APIs, webhooks, and TypeScript/Python to connect forms, enrichment, CRM, and alerts
Be forward‑deployed: Pair with sales/engineering, jump into customer workflows, and turn learnings into public playbooks
Qualification
