Luxury Sales Associate
The Connor Group is looking for high achieving professionals to join their elite team as Luxury Sales Associates. This role involves being the face of the business, building relationships with residents, and driving revenue through sales excellence.

Building relationships to increase resident retention
Ability to meet monthly and weekly sales targets
Mastering our operational systems and processes for renewals, rentals and driving traffic
Delivering excellent customer service to our residents
Qualification
Required
High achieving professionals from retail, restaurant, and hospitality backgrounds
Ability to confidently overcome objections to close a sale

Weekend availability required
