Responsibilities
Lead daily operations across Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and RCM Enablement
Build scalable systems, workflows, and processes that accelerate growth and create a frictionless customer experience
Drive innovation and partner closely with the CEO, CTO, and Product leadership to bring “what’s next” to life
Translate vision into clear roadmaps, priorities, and outcomes
Develop, coach, and elevate a high-performing leadership team
Own operational KPIs, efficiency metrics, and cross-functional alignment
Support strategic partnerships, enterprise deals, and business development initiatives
Qualification
Required
