Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in case preparation and management
Perform legal research
Draft and review legal documents
Coordinate communications with clients and other legal professionals
Maintain case files
Prepare pleadings, motions, and other essential court documents
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
Experience with Legal Research and analysis of legal issues
Knowledge and experience in preparing Pleadings and Motions
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage case files efficiently
Attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively with attorneys
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred
Paralegal certification from an accredited institution is highly desirable
Familiarity with state procedures is an advantage
