This role involves supporting up to 80 employees with day-to-day HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, and file maintenance, while demonstrating strong organizational skills and proficiency with software systems.

Support, engage, and help retain staff
Support managers and hourly employees with HR related tasks
Work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking systems
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
experience in administrative support and an HR background
high-level organization and attention to detail
natural ability to learn software quickly
flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities
proficiency with computers
valid driver's license
