Board new Consumer and Commercial loans to the system
Apply Charge-Off, Non-Accrual, and Floor Plan payments/reversals/renewals
Adhere to Mabrey’s EXCEED Customer Service Standards
Perform Special Assets file maintenance in accordance to policies and procedures
Uphold courteous and professional communications with teammates and customers
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft products, including Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as other job-related programs from generating loan documents
Excellent math skills (additions, subtraction, multiplication, division, and counting)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
