Responsibilities
Develop and lead the comprehensive partnership strategy, from identifying and evaluating potential partners to execute the go-to-market plan
Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, including managing communication, expectations, and performance
Lead complex contract discussions and negotiations with partners to establish favourable and sustainable strategic partnerships to drive incremental revenue, service adoption and market expansion across regions
Partner with regional Sales and RM teams as well as the Product team to achieve growth targets through joint GTM planning, commercial enablement and strategic account engagement
Collaborate with Marketing to build partner success stories that can be used to strengthen AD’s brand awareness and value proposition to enhance visibility in across the partnership ecosystem
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of partnerships and regularly report on their performance to senior leadership
Stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities that can give the company a competitive advantage
Qualification
Required
