Responsibilities
Develop and maintain program schedules using MS Project or similar tools
Establish and monitor cost baselines and provide guidance on financial performance
Update and manage Estimates at Completion (EAC) on a regular basis
Review and approve procurement requests and labor reports
Maintain and update risk registers; implement mitigation plans when needed
Monitor scope, schedule, and cost changes to ensure compliance with established processes
Prepare and present program performance reports to leadership during reviews
Collaborate closely with Program Managers, finance teams, and engineering groups to achieve program objectives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in program control, financial analysis, or project management
Proficiency in MS Project and familiarity with Earned Value Management principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively across teams and present complex data clearly
Experience managing risk and opportunity processes
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Experience with tools such as forProject and Oracle
Knowledge of government contracting standards (e.g., FAR, Cost Accounting Standards)
Background in managing DoD or similar government contracts
