Responsibilities

You will be the main point of contact for the borrower and be responsible for obtaining, reconciling, and validating all required documentation for a Mortgage application as defined by a specific product

You will be monitoring the files in process for 30-day activity status to insure that Regulation B Guidelines are enforced on all files, including final evaluation after complex analysis of completed application package and preparing for approval

You will input all appraisal information into the computer system to ensure that the underwriting department has all information to review and approve appraisal

You will conduct a thorough review of underwriting conditions with the borrower prior to closing the loan. Upon approval, you or the mortgage banker will contact the borrower to give the approval and confirm closing date

You will use your advanced knowledge of mortgage loan processing experience in supporting the processing team
