Responsibilities
Attention to detail in relation to mail sorting
Prepares and verifies all necessary documentation for daily mailings
Monitors and executes Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
Monitors supplies and notifies Site Manager when supply is low
Adheres to all departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Keep all work areas clean and presentable
Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Attention to detail in relation to mail sorting
Prepares and verifies all necessary documentation for daily mailings
Monitors and executes Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
Monitors supplies and notifies Site Manager when supply is low
Adheres to all departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
Keep all work areas clean and presentable
Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment
Ability to prioritize multiple objectives to meet client deadlines and department goals
Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment
Preferred
Experience in print or mail production environment preferred
