Responsibilities
Daily operations and maintenance of applications, databases, and middleware, as well as troubleshooting and answering customer inquiries
Collaborating with R&D to develop critical support plans based on customer business requirements during peak periods, including preparation during the standby period, on-duty support during critical periods, and post-standby review
Qualification
Required
Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or related field
Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and services
Proven ability to manage production environments and ensure service continuity
Experience with incident management and root cause analysis
Ability to develop stability standards and metrics
Experience with disaster recovery and risk mitigation strategies
Strong collaboration skills to work with R&D teams
Ability to respond to customer issues within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes
Experience with automation and tooling for stability engineering
Strong troubleshooting skills for applications, databases, and middleware
