Responsibilities
Lead monthly/annual close and deliver accurate GAAP financial statements
Oversee accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, payroll, and fixed assets
Maintain controls, ensure compliance, and manage internal/external audits
Prepare cash flow forecasts and support treasury, liquidity, and working capital oversight
Improve and maintain ERP/financial systems; drive automation and process upgrades
Guide and develop the accounting team; collaborate with cross-functional leaders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
7+ years of accounting leadership, including team management
5+ years in a Controller role within manufacturing required
Strong GAAP knowledge and expertise in ERP systems, Excel, and SQL
Highly analytical with strong judgment, confidentiality, and prioritization skills
Preferred
CPA or CMA preferred
Public accounting experience (Big Four or similar) preferred
