Responsibilities
Develop and implement predictive analytics and machine learning models to optimize Quote-to-Cash, Renewals, Churn & Contraction, and Business Review Automation processes
Work with large-scale enterprise datasets in Snowflake and other Data Lake solutions to extract, clean, and transform data for business applications
Create and deliver insightful data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau, making complex data accessible to executive teams and functional leaders
Present data findings and predictive model insights to business leaders, and key stakeholders, translating complex models into actionable business recommendations
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to improve forecasting models, sales pipeline analysis, and revenue optimization
Automate key business review processes using AI and advanced analytics, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance in business reporting and analytics
Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, ML, and business analytics, identifying opportunities for innovation and automation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in data science, predictive analytics, and AI for business applications
Expertise in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and machine learning
Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based Data Lake solutions for enterprise data processing
Strong proficiency in Tableau (preferred BI tool) for data visualization and reporting
Strong understanding of business processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Renewals, Churn & Contraction, and Business Review Automation processes
Proven ability to communicate and present complex data findings to executive leadership and business stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner
Demonstrated experience working with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to drive analytics adoption
Deep understanding of business KPIs, revenue forecasting techniques, customer segmentation, and operational analytics
Ability to work with large enterprise datasets, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security
Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate predictive model insights into strategic business decisions
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployments
Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and regulatory reporting
Experience working in B2B SaaS, Financial Services, or Enterprise Applications is a plus
