Responsibilities
Inspect, service, and test equipment, ensuring performance to manufacturer specifications
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot/diagnose malfunctions and repair equipment
Maintain industry and Sunstate safety standards performing equipment repairs
Read schematics, use computer diagnostic software, and apply welding methods
Qualification
Required
3 or more years of experience as a diesel mechanic, with a construction equipment background
Extensive experience with hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engines on heavy construction equipment
Experience performing preventative maintenance, troubleshoot/diagnose malfunctions and repair equipment
Must have the necessary tools you need to perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
Inspect, service, and test equipment, ensuring performance to manufacturer specifications
Good understanding of reading schematics, computer diagnostic software, and welding methods
Safety oriented, maintaining industry and Sunstate safety standards performing equipment repairs
