Responsibilities
Perform the necessary technical services at sites for maintenance and repair of equipment and accessories
Identifies parts for replacement or replacement of components
Continuously develops and expands knowledge of chemicals, parts, materials, supplies, services, components, and equipment
Ensures that all time and materials are accounted for
Focuses on quality service. Minimizes errors and re-work by focusing on details, checking results, and ensuring accuracy
Follows safety and security guidelines and sets a safe work example for others
Acts as an on-call technician for emergencies according to the team schedule
Render on site and phone technical assistance
Plumbing and STIG welding may be required
Provide accurate and timely reporting according to company guidelines for expense reports, mileage reports, Field Service Reports, Service Tickets, Timesheets, etc
Operate in a safe manner in accordance with safety guidelines. Must wear appropriate PPE as per company guidelines and accordance with job duties
Report all work related accidents or injuries within 24 hours to the appropriate personnel
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Car Wash Equipment Knowledge and Experience is a MUST
High School Diploma/GED required
3+ years minimum of hands on car wash equipment repair and maintenance
General mechanical/electrical ability necessary
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses repair, & maintenance
Understanding pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, and pumps is helpful
Experience, knowledge, and demonstrated effectiveness in car wash equipment maintenance and repair
Travel required
Will require proper coordination, and motor skills to work with power/hand tools as needed
Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Preference given to Technical School graduates
Experience in car wash operations and related customer service preferred
