Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts, reconciling variances and documenting all findings as per procedures
Implement and uphold lean inventory practices to ensure optimized stock levels and minimize carrying costs

Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise in inventory management with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role
Extensive knowledge and application of lean inventory practices for optimizing supply levels and reducing waste
Exceptional attention to detail to accurately track, record, and audit inventory movements and resolve discrepancies promptly
Hands-on experience with ERP systems for managing and monitoring inventory data and transactions efficiently
Strong logistics coordination skills to support inbound and outbound processes and facilitate timely material movement
Comprehensive understanding of supply chain management principles to ensure seamless inventory flow across departments
Effective communication abilities for clear reporting and collaboration with multiple teams across the organization
