Responsibilities

Design and deliver scalable SAP EWM solutions aligned with best practices

Work directly with business stakeholders to translate complex warehouse operations into technical designs

Perform hands-on configuration across inbound, outbound, RF, labor, automation, and inventory processes

Lead integrations with SAP S/4HANA and external logistics/automation systems

Support data migration, testing (unit/SIT/UAT), cutover, and go-live across multiple sites

Troubleshoot during hypercare and drive continuous improvement

Stay current on EWM innovations and mentor junior team members when needed

Required

10+ years in SAP Supply Chain; 5+ years dedicated to SAP EWM

Proven hands-on configuration experience with SAP S/4HANA

At least two full-cycle EWM implementations delivered successfully

Strong integration experience (automation, 3PL, PP, TM, QM, FICO)

Deep understanding of warehouse operations and EWM frameworks (RF, inventory, labor, etc.)

Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technical teams

Preferred

Experience with multi-site or global rollouts strongly preferred

SAP EWM certification is a plus
