Responsibilities
Research, design, and develop high-quality cybersecurity training content, including labs, exercises, real-world scenarios, and hands-on projects
Create and maintain courses on topics such as Application Security, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, Threat Modeling, Secure Coding, and related areas
Deliver cybersecurity or DevSecOps training sessions to customers and learners when required
Write technical guides, documentation, and blog posts for our global audience
Support learners by clarifying concepts, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth learning experience
Ensure all course content and deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and usability standards
Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity tools, trends, and best practices to continuously improve course materials
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, application security, or product security roles
Strong knowledge of security practices such as SAST, DAST, SCA, Threat Modeling, Secure SDLC, VAPT, and Cloud/Container Security
Prior experience in creating or delivering security training to developers, DevOps, QA, or security professionals
Hands-on experience with Linux, CI/CD, Docker, and modern DevOps practices
Ability to break down complex technical topics into simple, practical, and engaging learning content
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with a remote global team
Passion for improving the cybersecurity skills of professionals worldwide
Preferred
Experience in creating hands-on labs or cybersecurity certification content
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Published blogs, talks, or open-source contributions in the security domain
