Sr. Technical Program Manager, Leo Antenna Systems

Responsibilities
Work with leadership team to set the customer strategy and make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch
Responsible for field integration test plan and enablement, working to ensure that all teams have what they need to be successful
Proactively track issues and testing efforts and make recommendations on resource and prioritization to ensure high bar of software excellence
Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints

Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3+ years of software development experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
Preferred
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
