Responsibilities
Deploy robots at the customer sites and support/train customers on how to use our robots
Troubleshoot and debug electro-mechanical issues
Communicate with the warehouse customers to understand their demand and pain points while using our technology
Deliver and document the customer feedback to the Development teams whether that be product issues, complaints, or improvements
Coordinate schedule in alignment with customer expectations
Test new software and hardware while at our Austin headquarters

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Knowledge in electrical and mechanical engineering fundamentals
Enjoy traveling across the U.S. up to 75% of the workdays
Familiarity with Linux/Unix and command line
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly explain technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects independently
Willing to work on hands-on tasks
Preferred
Familiar with Robot Operating System (ROS)
Experience with object oriented programming (Python or C++)
Experience deploying and commissioning autonomous or complex technical systems
Be able to demonstrate a history of effective leadership and team management
Experience with ticket management system (Jira)
Comfortable driving large vehicles
Willing to learn how to drive a forklift
Warehouse experience
Spanish bilingual
