Responsibilities
New lead generation and revenue and product growth in the assigned territory
Exceptional client relations management
Manage sales activities, sales budgeting and forecasting
Portfolio reporting and assessment
Assessment current market share of assigned customer/territory and product portfolio to determine additional growth, develop and execute plan for growth
Develop and maintain network contacts within assigned accounts to fully know the organization
Provide Market and competitor information
Participate in conferences and tradeshows
Work with the cross-functional team to achieve corporate objectives
Qualification
Required
5+ years track record in a similar role with CRO/CDMO/CMO
Outstanding knowledge of pharmaceutical small molecule CRO/CDMO/CMO market and the pharmaceutical value chain
Ability to organize work efficiently, set priorities, and effectively collaborate
Possess a high energy level, and sense of urgency
Strong customer orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time and self to meet organizational objectives
Willingness to travel within Europe
Hands-on and can-do-it attitude
M.S. in chemistry or similar subject
Ability to function in a dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to learn new software and tools quickly
Ability to make decisions and work with minimal to moderate supervision
Ability to travel (national and international)
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to write, read/review written documentation for extended periods of time
