Responsibilities

Own the execution of complex calculation workflows within Excel to process raw AI output and transform it into customer-ready insights

Apply advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, conditional logic) to manage and reconcile large, multi-sheet datasets containing both numeric performance data and descriptive store execution metrics

Translate project delivery metrics into tangible ROI figures for customers by accurately executing business logic and complex formulas

Take full ownership of assigned segments within the customer onboarding process, ensuring data feeds and reporting mechanisms are set up accurately and on time

Demonstrate proactiveness by identifying potential roadblocks in data processing workflows and proposing solutions before they escalate

Support Project Coordinators by maintaining rigorous quality control over all data—guaranteeing the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of every report shared with global customers

Assist in coordinating information flow across internal teams (Data Ops, Engineering) to resolve data issues quickly, showcasing initiative in driving tasks to resolution

Support the creation of professional, customer-facing presentations that summarize project analysis and insights. You will have opportunities to assist in presenting these analytical findings to internal teams and occasionally to customers, requiring strong communication and presentation skills
