Amrize is a company focused on building North America, and they are seeking a Process Engineer, New Graduate. The role involves operational improvements in plant production and participation in a comprehensive 14-month learning program designed for new graduate engineers.

Responsibilities

Analyze operations of the Plant and make recommendations for process improvement including Cost/Benefit Analysis

Develop process control automation and computer applications for process control

Prepare computer reports on the process of operating efficiencies and failure investigation tests

Perform tests on operating plant systems to determine the efficiencies of the equipment

Provide assistance to management in maintain the Plant within environmental and quality performance regulations

Training shift supervisors for SAP reporting and TIS

Responsible for New System Implementation (eg. TIS)

Perform ISO Audits and involved with Month End activity reporting

Self-starter/ highly motivated team player

Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors

Required

Education: Bachelor's degree

Required Work Experience: 0-3 years

Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests
