Information Technology

Responsibilities

Respond to alarm activations by calling the premises to verify the validity of alarms
Answer continuous calls from customers and clients regarding alarm activations
Dispatch alarms to Police and Fire departments throughout the region and country
Strive to provide one-call resolutions for callers and answer questions regarding alarm history and events
Handle multiple tasks (speaking with customers while accessing information on a computer)
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while following established scripts and protocols precisely
Adhere to the assigned work schedule
Maintain a courteous, pleasant attitude with customers
Achieve and maintain high-quality scores targeted by the organization
Meet performance expectations for accuracy, timeliness, and call handling

Required

Must be customer service-focused with a good speaking voice
Computer literate, along with interpersonal/communication skills
Effective listening skills, and Vocal skills (pitch, tone, tempo)
Should be courteous and have a helpful demeanor
Use of proper grammar and sentence structure
Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and ability to handle difficult callers
Superior customer service skill set is required, as well as a clear speaking voice and Articulate
Security background check required
Keyboard proficient
Integrity test required
High School diploma required
Must be able to train during daytime hours, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday

Preferred

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or roles requiring strict adherence to scripts/processes
