Building relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 1000 companies
Attending numerous in-person meetings and lunches that are scheduled by cold calling and networking
Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing candidates to meet hiring managers
Learning about the service through a hands-on approach, placing candidates in jobs
Working closely with the Recruiting team, presenting clients highly qualified candidates and market data
