Responsibilities
Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI/ML models across enterprise-scale datasets
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI innovation and translate complex problems into actionable technical solutions
Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to integrate AI capabilities into scalable solutions
Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI, incorporating compliance, and risk
Stay ahead of AI research trends, tools, and frameworks
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in data science, with recent experience in health insurance or financial services Data Science environments
Strong proficiency in Python, Llangchain/LLamaIndex, and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
Experience leading complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders
Track record of translating business problems into AI solutions and delivering measurable outcomes
Must be authorized to work in the United States — no visa sponsorship available
Preferred
Experience in financial services, insurance, or related data-intensive industries preferred but not required
