Responsibilities
Monitor Access to the facilities through ID verification and remote entry at the gate
Troubleshoot errors at the entry gate
Report any gate entry system issues to the Supervisor on Duty or General Manager
Manually open the main gate for residents in a prompt manner, as needed
Assist with Opening and Closing duties
Assist and monitor all reservations, setup & tear down as needed
Keep surrounding areas free from debris and trash
Provide strong customer service and greet residents in a friendly, professional manner
All other reasonable assignments given by the on-site management team
Qualification
Required
Positive customer service skills
Ability to monitor admission to the facility
Knowledge of current events and programs at the pool
Ability to answer basic questions
Experience with gate entry systems
Ability to troubleshoot errors at the entry gate
Ability to report issues to the Supervisor on Duty or General Manager
Ability to manually open the main gate for residents
Ability to assist with Opening and Closing duties
Ability to assist and monitor all reservations, setup & tear down
Ability to keep surrounding areas free from debris and trash
