Responsibilities

Design and develop Microsemi based FPGA solutions used in space systems for a variety of applications

Contribute to all aspects of the full product lifecycle: from requirements development, through preliminary design, critical design, prototype, test, and production

Have full design discretion and responsibility for projects

Engage directly with customers

Manage and mentor more junior staff

Contribute to internal R&D initiatives and strategic direction

Qualification

VHDLFPGA designCircuit analysisFirmware developmentDesign for extreme environments

Required

Strong experience in VHDL and FPGA design, with a track record of delivering high-quality projects

Knowledge of circuit analysis and firmware development, allowing you to design complete systems

Experience designing for extreme environments, such as space, where reliability and performance are critical

U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (aka green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
