Responsibilities

Create detailed project plans, work schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation strategies

Review or create technical designs, calculations, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements

Collaborate with management, contractors, and team members to provide project updates, communicate concerns, and manage expectations

Monitor project progress against budget and timelines, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective actions when necessary

Visit project sites to monitor construction activities, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Analyze technical challenges and develop solutions to overcome obstacles

Required

4 Year Bachelor's degree, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

PMP Certification or the ability to obtain

3+ years of Engineering or Technical Consulting experience on large capital projects

Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude

Ability to understand standard engineering documentation

Must be a self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively to share, accept, and implement new ideas

Excellent communication skills
