Responsibilities
Responsible for BOM accuracy and alignment to Henkel standards
Mange MOC process associated with BOM and process changes
Through team interaction and data collection will assist Operations by preparing reports, identifying production trends, and providing recommendations in:
Any necessary department controls and procedures
Reducing quality errors by identifying product defects and establishing corrective methods
Implementing appropriate plans to improve profitability by maximizing efficiency to include waste, speed, delay, and raw material usage using Lean Manufacturing principles
Leading or participating in Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), to identify and mitigate potential risks in chemical and operational processes
Research, justify and implement new processes and equipment
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's in chemistry/chemical engineering preferred
3-5 years' experience in similar role
Experience with SAP & BOM management
Familiarity with HAZOP studies, risk assessments, and environmental regulations
Quickly identifying process problems and coming up with technical solutions
Enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, or improving product quality
Must have great communications skills
