Home Instead is looking for caring, reliable, empathetic caregivers to join our growing team. The role involves providing compassionate personal care and support to seniors, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a homecare setting.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support clients with mobility assistance, including transfers, walking, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
Offer specialized care for clients with dementia, including managing behavioral changes and ensuring a supportive environment
Monitor and document clients' health and well-being as requested
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being

Required

Ability to assist with mobility and perform physical tasks related to caregiving
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing high-quality care
Must be 21 years of age
Must have a reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name
Must be able to pass our background checks

Preferred

Previous experience in caregiving, with a focus on dementia care and personal care
