Responsibilities

Establish an ongoing relationship with consumers seeking residential mortgage loans by delivering best-in-class customer service

Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process

Manage a pipeline of both purchase and refinance loans

Collect loan applications along with financial information (ex: income documents, asset statements, etc.) to analyze creditworthiness and determine which programs the borrower can qualify for

Advise borrowers on suitable loan options along with how closing costs and monthly payments could vary under different products

Collaborate with internal teams to expedite loan processing and remain as the borrower’s point of contact through the loan closing to facilitate a seamless customer experience

Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and lending guidelines

Ability to work with positivity and honesty

Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
