Draft motions for summary judgment
Qualification
Required
Admission and good standing with the State of Mississippi Bar
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent research abilities and written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability and desire to manage multiple priorities and caseload
Strong motion practice and pleadings preparation background with desire to attend hearings, depositions
Draft initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, appellate activity
Draft discovery and respond to discovery
