Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with large, strategically important clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and success
Drive business growth by securing new clients and expanding existing accounts within the Healthcare sector
Lead account planning and sales efforts to ensure targets are met and exceeded
Participate in industry associations and events to promote BSI’s brand and solutions
Work closely with teams across the Americas to support broader sales initiatives and business development efforts
Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that align with client needs and BSI’s strategic goals

Required

Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within healthcare, or similar sectors
Strong understanding of healthcare and related assurance services
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
Thought leadership and engagement in industry events, webinars, and associations
Knowledge of the Americas market, with a focus on sustainability and assurance solutions
Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience
At least 5 years of experience in solutions sales and business development
Experience in assessment/audit solutions in a professional services environment
