North Carolina State University is seeking a Shelton Challenge Summer Intern to assist in providing impactful learning experiences for students. The intern will work closely with the Shelton Leadership Center staff to plan and implement leadership programs while gaining valuable experience in project management and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Prepare materials for Challenge weeks, including but not limited to the coordination of logistics, registrations, and medical documentation
Collaborate with the program director and other interns to ensure the smooth execution of the program, including acquiring supplies for nightly programs and providing on-site support for issues
Capture program moments through photography and occasionally lead training sessions or program sessions
Work on administrative tasks and material preparation in the office to contribute to ongoing programs

Organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Valid NC Driver's License required
Ability to drive
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to approximately 20lbs

Past Shelton Challenge experience is preferred, but not required
