Responsibilities
Prospect and engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
Present and promote company products/services to B2B clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualification
Required
Strong sales background in B2B fintech or related industries
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and identify growth opportunities
Fluency in English (C1)
Preferred
Spanish or Portuguese will be a plus
