Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to enhance process efficiency, improve safety compliance, and maintain top-tier quality control across all manufacturing operations

Provide expert guidance on the maintenance and operation of energetic manufacturing equipment, ensuring reliability and compliance with industry standards

Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance/control procedures specific to the energetics manufacturing industry

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, safety, and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and resolve complex technical challenges

Apply advanced knowledge of SMART manufacturing technologies and data acquisition systems to improve production outcomes

Serve as a subject matter expert on safety, regulatory compliance, and best practices in energetic materials production
