Responsibilities

Supports H+S Fundamentals
Prepares test reports for customer submittal
Tracks the orders requiring test reports
Maintains electronic and hard copy files
Performs review of Production Orders
Ensures that necessary documentation is included on Production Orders
Supports production with documentation needs (i.e. questions, clarifications, copies)
Support Master Data Management with routing steps
Reads and interprets internal and customer technical drawings or specifications
Navigate electronic access to customer data transfer portals
Support as needed for Radiographic Inspection (once certified)
Assists with customer visits regarding data package reviews
Assists Space Program Management with status updates
Adheres to all regulations and guidelines contained within the Global Management System
All other relevant duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or its equivalent
Minimum of 4 years general administration experience
Good administrative skills and expertise
Minimum of 2 years with SAP experience
MS Outlook experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Capable of handling multiple tasks in parallel
Oral Comprehension — The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
Written Comprehension — The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
Understanding of Inspection and Production processes
Reliable transportation required for occasional errands
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and organize projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of other cultures
Ability to travel up to 10%
Must have the physical and mental abilities needed to perform all essential tasks listed; reasonable accommodations may be made to help the job holder perform essential tasks
Must be able to work and respond well under sometimes stressful and demanding work conditions

Preferred

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Visio preferred
